Hyatt Place Las Vegas at Silverton Village

What a warm & friendly place with GREAT ACCOMODATIONS!! The staff is wonderful and the rooms are clean. The entire place is beautifully maintained and it is a great place to hold meetings. Parking is conveniently located so it is easy to access the entrance. You will love it here for sure!!

First time to stay in this location but will definitely not be the last. Check in via the app but did visit the reception, Regina and Crystal were amazing, both were multitasking from checking guests in to placing your food orders and then serving your food to you, with a smile! Wow! When we arrived around 1030pm, me and my husband were tired and hungry but The Placery was open 24hrs, we ordered chicken tenders, chicken wings and to surprise it was very delicious. The buffet breakfast was very filling and lots of choices for a Hyatt Place. Khaye, the daytime receptionist was also very helpful when I asked for our daily water bottles. Place is a 5 minute walk to the Silverton Casino Lodge where there were amazing restaurants and my goodness the restaurant servings were huge and the casino had a mermaid encounter!! We had opted for an every other day cleaning service since we do not frequent the room during daytime. Rooms are clean, water pressure is great, a/c can get loud but hey we are used to our white noise when we sleep, so that was not an issue. The strip is a 17 min. drive, not bad at all. It's nice to get away from all that craziness.

Stayed for two nights. Compare to other hotels, they are charging $600-800up per hotel while this Hyatt is around $130-140 per night or Hyatt points. Room is nice. Hotel has plenty of parking space. Breakfast is great too. Can’t complain.

It was nice to stay in vegas off the strip. The hotel is clean and comfortable nicely decorated. But the staff was exceptional. Vanessa at the front desk is awesome! Breakfast was really good. Crispy bacon and fresh fruit! The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely. I'll definitely stay here every time I'm in vegas. Close to the airport and also great views of the mountains.

I’ve stayed at several Hyatt Place locations, but this one really stood out. My flight was cancelled and I had to stay overnight, and the manager was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even allowed me to check in early around 11 AM at no extra cost. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was served on time, though with fewer options than some other Hyatt locations. Overall, I had a pleasant and stress-free stay and truly appreciate the great service.

Vanessa goes out of her way to make everybody feel like they are family. She has trained all of her staff to be friendly and efficient. The hotel is clean. The rooms are great. We can’t say enough about Vanessa. We have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and in Las Vegas, but this is where we stay every single time we are in town.

Very nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. It was also very quiet which was great. Perfect if you’re visiting Vegas but don’t want to be around the typical gambling/smoking etc. 10/10 “3-star” hotel experience
